The Studio is a well presented studio cottage situated in the village of Stanley near to the city of Perth. The cottage can sleep two people in one double room with a shower room. The rest of the cottage us made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and seating area with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off-road parking for one car and a decked area with garden furniture. Located close to many tourist attractions, The Studio is a lovely cottage in a fantastic part of Scotland.

Electric wall panel heaters with woodburning stove. 2-ring electric hob, combi/microwave oven, fridge, TV with Freeview. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decked terrace to front with furniture. Secure bike storage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Studio which is in the semi-rural village of Stanley, Perthshire. The Studio has been furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard and is in the grounds of the owners' own accommodation. However, privacy is not an issue as The Studio is self-contained with its own entrance and decking to the front with bench, table and chairs to allow you to enjoy the good weather and gorgeous gardens. The Studio is ideally located to explore the local area and the owners have provided information on places of interest, walks, bike routes, dining out. The Studio is an ideal romantic retreat - the matching his-and-hers and complementary bottle of wine a lovely treat. There is a woodburner which is lovely on a chilly evening.The kitchen is small and basic but has everything necessary to cater for two people and the owners have provided instruction booklets on the microwave etc. The owners, Doug and Julie, gave us a very warm welcome and were on hand should we have needed anything. We would definitely visit The Studio again and would recommend to friends and family."
