Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with freeview, WiFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available, please bring own bedding for the cot. Off-road parking for 1 car (Please note access to parking is narrow). Outdoor space with furniture, shared with drive. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk.
