Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: The stairs in the property are narrow, may not be suitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Gardenstown is a port village that has a pub serving food all year and a restaurant, galleries and several tea rooms in season. Nearby is the village of Banff which offers a sandy beach and a variety of architecture, as well as shops, restaurants and hotels, which serve a selection of local sea foods. There is plenty to do in this tourist area including golfing, surfing, climbing, walking and even dolphin watching!
