This converted farm building rests in the Derbyshire village of Carsington and is able to sleep up to 16 people in five bedrooms. Six bedrooms. Ground floor: Family room with 1 x double bed with sitting room (plus a double sofa bed and single sofa bed available on request), Second ground floor family room with 1 x king-size bed, 2 x single beds (plus a single futon available on request), 2 x ground floor double bedrooms. First floor Hayloft: First floor family room with 3 x single beds (plus a single sofa bed available on request) and 1 x double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Ground floor family bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. 2 ground floor shower rooms with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast island. Utility. Dining hall with large mahogany dining table. Lounge incorporating large farmhouse table.

Cots, highchairs and stairgate located in the lobby beneath the stairs. Ample off-road parking via a private driveway. Lockable bike storage. Large garden with lawned area, flower beds and patio with furniture & BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 minute walk. Reservoir 10 minutes walk. Note: Tumble dryer and washing machine are in the utility room. Note: Please be aware that there is 4 steps into the kitchen from the dining room and also stairs to bedrooms. Note: Property is not suitable for wheelchairs.
