Bryn is a substantial, detached property located near the coastal town of Aberdaron in North Wales. It comes with four bedrooms including a super king-size with an en-suite, a double with an en-suite and two twin rooms, there is also a family shower room and a cloakroom, the property can sleep eight people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, there is also a utility and a games room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find off road parking for four cars and a large garden with a lawn, summer house and a covered patio with furniture. Bryn is a unique and modern cottage in a fabulous North Wales location. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating and woodburning stove in games room and sitting room. Electric Cookmaster range with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games, DVDs and Foosball table in games room. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc (please bring own beach towels) in rent. Highchair available on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with Summer house and patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only, please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles. Beach 2 miles. Note: Ground floor bedroom has 2'6" single beds. Note: The double bedroom, bed is accessed from one side only. Note: The garden is not enclosed and some areas of the lawned garden have various dips, slopes and levels - children are to be supervised. Note: Juliet balconies off super king-size bedroom, children need to be supervised. No stag, hen or similar parties.
