Electric controlled heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car but additional parking can be arranged with owners. Shared use of garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Note: There is an external tumble dryer. Note: Changeover days are Friday to Friday, Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday only.
