Electric controlled heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car but additional parking can be arranged with owners. Shared use of garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Note: There is an external tumble dryer. Note: this property is wheelchair friendly, has ease of access. Note: Changeover days are Friday to Friday, Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday only.

Llantwit Major is a small town set in the Vale of Glamorgan. A fantastic base for exploring all of South Wales, the attractions of Cowbridge, Bridgend and Cardiff are within easy reach, including excellent shopping choices, several pubs and restaurants, plus a collection of glorious sandy beaches to be explored along the Glamorgan Heritage Coastline. The perfect town for making the most of Wales' most southern attractions.
