The interior also comprises a shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. There is a small patio at the rear with garden furniture. 2 South Place is a romantic bolthole with lovely views, near the south coast of Cornwall.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Travel cot and highchair available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Small patio at rear with furniture (path in front of patio has shared access by four cottages, not enclosed).
