The cottage is set over three floors and has a double bedroom, a second floor double bedroom, a second floor twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a electric stove. Outside is roadside parking outside the property on a first come, first served basis and a small rear enclosed yard with furniture and a barbecue. Rockton House is a wonderful holiday base at any time of the year. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV with all catch up channels and unlimited Netflix, WiFi, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking outside property on first come, first served basis. Small enclosed yard with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Harbour 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: The harbour is a five-minute walk away down a steep bank, please take care.
