All on one level, Little Waycroft is situated in a peaceful, rural location between the popular seaside resort of Dawlish and the village of Starcross, just thirty minute's drive from Exeter. This villa style property is incredibly spacious both inside and out, sharing two acres of grounds with the friendly owners. Inside, the enormous kitchen has a table, chairs and comfy sofa. From the adjacent lounge, sliding doors open onto a private, decked terrace - south facing, not overlooked, with wonderful views, this is an ideal spot to dine outdoors or enjoy the sun. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Dawlish Warren has shops, a golf course and a nature reserve. The beach is Blue Flag backed by dunes and lakes, stretching for miles to the Exe Estuary in one direction and Dawlish town in the other. Dawlish Warren has a railway station on the Exeter-Newton Abbot line, one of the most scenic railway journeys in the country.

Standing in a couple of acres of garden with your own private terrace the views are to die for. If you are intending to visit this part of Devon you will not find a better property. Book it before someone else does"
