Overview
This attractive semi detached holiday home has panoramic sea views and sleeps up 6 people in three bedrooms. Ground Floor: Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner. Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with L shaped bunk beds. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with king-size bed and TV. En-suite bathroom with bath, hand shower, shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.
Mevagissey is perhaps one of the prettiest villages in Cornwall. Here narrow winding streets with interesting shops, cafes and restaurants, centre around the bustling working harbour. About half a mile from the village centre, the aptly named Sea View looks over a grassy common to a near panoramic seascape. Modernised, to create a bright and stylish home with a nautical theme, Sea View comprises a length of house lounge/kitchen/diner with a huge picture window; perfect for admiring the view. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom - a twin with sea views and a bunk room. On the first floor the large double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and spectacular time-wasting out to sea views. At the rear of the house is a sunny, enclosed patio garden - a real suntrap and for young families there is a small children's play area on the common. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

This Cornish village boasts cobbled streets and a harbour. Walks lead along the coast with beaches, cliffs and coves. The village has pubs and restaurants, whilst up the road are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey runs daily. Visit the Tall Ships harbour at Charlestown with its museum, or the tropical biomes of the Eden Project. The coastline, beaches and gardens of the Roseland Peninsula are a short drive, whilst Truro, with its shops, restaurants, theatre and cathedral can be reached in half an hour.
