This smart apartment has superb views of Brixham harbour and sleeps up to five people in two bedrooms. First Floor: Hall. L-shaped Lounge/ Diner/Kitchen. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Utility Room. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds and single bed. Bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin.
Situated in picturesque Brixham, a popular resort town where the modern marina meets quaint fishing harbour and you can watch the fishing trawlers land their catch is Quayside Lookout. A popular resort, Brixham is a wonderful destination for a family holiday. At the edge of the harbour with glorious views, where the boats feel so close you can almost reach out and touch them, this smart first floor apartment is situated above a popular coffee shop, serving Fair Trade coffee as well as cakes and pastries. The open plan living area is bright and spacious and two bedrooms at the rear of the property assure a quiet night's sleep. Here you can leave the car behind taking the nearby ferry, and explore by sea, bus, or steam train which runs from nearby Dartmouth. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed.
