Overview
This smart designer lodge is privately set in grounds of the owners home and sleeps up to 5 people in two bedrooms. Ground Floor: Open plan Lounge/Kitchen/ Dining Area. Cloakroom with WC and washbasin. Bedroom 1 with zip and link twin beds, which can be made up as a 6ft double bed. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds (4' double on bottom). Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Sidmouth is a Regency town in south Devon offering architecture, shops, pubs and eateries. Sidmouth is close to beaches, nature reserves, and Exeter. It sits on the southern side of the East Devon AONB, an area showcasing scenery, walking, cycling and views from everywhere. Exeter proves to be a great day out with great architecture and shopping.
