Gas and electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for one medium sized car. Enclosed garden to rear with patio, furniture and BBQ. One small well-behaved pet welcome and not to be left unattended. Sorry, no smoking and no candles. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Lawn steps to platform seating area at the top, take care with young children on steps. Alternative parking available within a 2 minute walk. Note: Fuel for woodburner available to buy from the housekeeper who lives two doors away.

Beer is a fishing village on the south Devon coast near Seaton. Situated on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, the village offers sloping streets lined with stone houses and cottages built on many different levels of the steep valley sides. There are a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs in Beer, plus just outside the village is the popular Pecorama Gardens, which are perched on the hill overlooking Lyme Bay.
