Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking. Garden with patio, furniture and brick-built BBQ. Communal lawned grounds with lakes, picnic areas and BBQs. Communal leisure facilities including free use of large indoor swimming pool, children's pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Charge for beauty treatments, tennis, putting green, snorkelling, sea scooters, fishing, bike hire etc. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children?s pool, sauna, gym and steam room is included in the rental price. A fishing town on the North East Coast, Filey has enjoyed a reputation of being a resort since Victorian times, set beside Filey Bay, a long stretch of beautiful sand, with Filey Brigg and its shallow rock pools to the north. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where for family fun you can visit the Alpamare Waterpark.
