Also inside you can find a kitchen, a shared utility and a living dining room. To the outside there is a patio area with a picnic bench and forty acres of private land belonging to the owners. Otter View is a great little cottage for walkers to come and enjoy this brilliant area. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio with a picnic bench, 40 acres of owners' private land. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 5 miles, shop 7 miles. Note: Use of the owners washing machine in their attached property can be made available by arrangement. Note: The salmon and trout fishing is by prior arrangement with the owner. Note: This property does not accept children. Note: Though this property is ground floor, there are 2 steps down into the sitting room.
