Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking 2 cars. Rear lawn and decking with furniture. Gas BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: The unfenced river Wye runs along the bottom of the garden, care must be taken and children must be supervised at all times in the garden. Note: This property may not be suitable for toddlers and young children due to the unfenced river at the rear of the property.
