It has three bedrooms including a double, a twin and a single, with a family bathroom as well, the cottage can sleep five people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with a table and chairs. Yr Hen Dy is a charming cottage in an idyllic location. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and all fuel for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Blaenau Ffestiniog 3 miles. Note: Although accommodation is all ground floor there are three internal steps from the living area to the bedrooms and bathroom.

Llan Ffestiniog is close to the Manod and Moelwyn Mountains, near the centre of Snowdonia National Park. Blaenau Ffestiniog offers shops and pubs, whilst the surrounding area boasts things to see and do. Take a tour around Llechwedd Slate Cavern, enjoy a ride on the Ffestiniog Railway or take time to admire the mountainous views available. With walking, mountain biking and cycling, beaches, fishing, a wealth of delightful towns and villages scattered throughout the area, Zip World, Bounce Below and the beautiful Vale of Ffestiniog and Cynfal Waterfalls to the west, this lovely location has something for everyone, at any time of year!
