A detached cottage in the village of Llanfair, near Harlech in North Wales that can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Five bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor double, 1 x first floor twin, 2 x ground floor twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. First floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Sitting room with dining area with woodburning stove. In a separate building your very own spa suite holds a luxury hot tub and sauna for you to sit and indulge in without a care in the world.Adjacent to this is a room where sports equipment such as bikes and watersports equipment can be kept safe and dry.
Awel Y Llan is a detached cottage set in the village of Llanfair in North Wales. It has five bedrooms comprising of a double with an en-suite, another double and three more twins, there is also a family bathroom and a family shower room, the property can sleep ten people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a utility and a living dining room with a gas fire. To the outside there is a spa suite in an external building with a sauna and a hot tub, adjacent to this is a room where sports equipment can be stored,plenty of off road parking and surrounding lawns. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. The village of Llanfair has an impressive location, nestling between the Rhinog Mountains and Harlech, whilst providing views over Shell Island and Cardigan Bay. This village is a base for walks in the countryside. Harlech, a World Heritage Site is 1.4 miles away and is dominated by its castle. It has the Royal St. David's course, Harlech also boasts a variety of amenities. Within the Snowdonia National Park and on Cardigan Bay, this is a fantastic holiday location at any time of the year.

"Several wonderful sandy beaches within easy walking distance. Beautiful views from the house and great walks all around. The house is very spacious, comfortable and superbly equipped with quality new furnishings throughout. Lovely to use the sauna and hot tub after a day's walking and there is a good games room. A great stay, thank you."
