Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car next to cottage. Patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles and pub/restaurant approx 1.5 miles. The village duck pond is accessed via the garden path and through a gate, children to be supervised.
