Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and cot on request. Garage for 1 medium sized car, larger cars in permit parking nearby provided by owners. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Uneven step up to the building, however has a grab rail. And a further 2 steps into the property. All visible in photo 1. Note: This property has a check in time of 3:30pm and a check out of 11am.
