Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed gravel area withe picnic bench seating, and further larger shared garden with lawn (dogs must be on lead in larger garden due to chickens). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 0.2 miles, pub within 0.3 miles. Note: The owners live above this property, however Withymead Cottage has its own private entrance. Note: Phone signal can be intermittent

Withypool is a delightful settlement based within the Exmoor National Park in Somerset, lying around seventeen miles from the north coast. Nestled in between the meeting point of Pennycombe Water and the River Barle, you can discover a selection of amenities to see you through a self-catered stay, including a village pub, a shop and Withypool Tea Room too. Visit nearby Winsford Hill which is a great spot to see Exmoor ponies often found grazing by the roadside, or head to Dunkery Beacon, Exmoor's highest point at 520 metres above sea level for some incredible views of the surrounding landscapes that you won't forget.
