It boasts three bedrooms, comprising of a double, a twin and a bunk room, the property sleeps up to six people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a gas fire. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and a lawned garden. Shippon Roost is a welcoming cottage based in an excellent location for walking, watersports or simply relaxing. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The nearby town of Bala offers a range of shops, pubs and eateries as well as Bala Lake, known for its watersports and boating. Alternatively, visit Dolgellau, with its market, or Betws-y-Coed, famous for its waterfalls and river pools. With an abundance of walking, fishing and cycling available and access to the whole of the North Wales with its castles and beaches, this location is not to be missed.
