Yule House is a four-storey townhouse based in the Northumberland market town of Alnwick. It comes with three bedrooms made up of a king-size, a double and a twin room, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom and can sleep six people. The interior also comes with a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room, a study/library and a garden room. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with a patio and furniture. Yule House is an excellently placed property, perfect for a well-deserved break.

Gas central heating. Range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, located in the lounge. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking directly to the rear of the property for 1 car with other public parking nearby. Rear enclosed slate covered courtyard with awning, plants and seating. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Wide range of shops, cafes, eateries and pubs within 2 minutes walk. Note: Property on many different levels, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: No hen/stag parties or similar. Note: Travel cot available on request - can bring own if prefer.

"Just returned from Yule House. This quirky house is set over 4 levels and has so much character and charm. The location is amazing with everything you need on your doorstep and lots more to see and do a short drive away. It's well equipped with everything you need, the shower is amazing (very important!!) and towels are provided too. All in all we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return."
