Oil fired heating with woodburning stove. Electric double oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi. oil, electric and bed linen included. Towels are not provided. Travel Cot/highchair available. Parking off road with room for 4 cars. Outside seating area on the patio. No smoking or pets. Pub and shop 10 minutes walk, Ullswater Lake 15 mins walk. Note: Max 8 adults.

Pooley Bridge is a traditional village with inn, cafe and shops. The surrounding area is home to numerous quaint Lakeland villages scattered along the shores of Lake Ullswater and Aira Force is a dramatic waterfall cascading into the lake below. Sharrow Bay Hotel is only a short drive away for the ultimate in dining and is renowned the world over or a trip over Kirkstone Pass brings you into Ambleside.
