Fuel, and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Patio area with furniture. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Parking is a few 100m from the property which may not be suitable for people with mobility restrictions. Note: The neighboring property is currently under going extension works till December 2019
