Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Lockable storage. Garden with lawn, patio and decking with a hot tub, furniture and unfenced pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 minute walk. Golf buggy's available for hire at the golf club. Note: Property next to golf course, please be aware of golf balls. Note: Unfenced pond in garden, children must be supervised when outside. Note: This property requires a disclaimer to be signed before the hot tub can be used, which will be sent to you after booking. Please note: No Stag/Hen or similar.

This quaint, peaceful village rests conveniently on the outskirts of the well-appointed city of Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire. It proudly boasts a high-quality pub which serves excellent food, while also offering a popular farm shop with a tea room. The nearby Stanley Pool offers facilities for watersports and the Greenway Hall Golf Centre also sits on the outskirts of the village, as does the peaceful and attractive Wetley Moor Common. Bagnall usefully rests in between the charming city of Stoke with all of its superb amenities, and the glorious Peak District National Park which offers idyllic walking, cycling and climbing, along with a series of timeless villages and fascinating towns. On the outskirts of the Peak District, you will find two fabulous market towns, Leek and Ashbourne, both with much to offer the visitor in terms of fantastic eateries, fine architecture and more.

"Went here for a long weekend. Gorgeous cottage with a little welcome pack on arrival. All the facilities you'd need including washer, dryer, hairdryer. House smelt gorgeous on arrival. Good location to local places. Stafford arms in walking distance with lovely food. Negatives being the bin was already full on arrival and we had at least 3 bin bags of stuff to put in, recycling facilities would be useful. Also someone turning up unannounced and not preadvised to check the hot tub, I understand this needs to be done but find it a bit if an invasion of privacy! Would definitely recommend and revisit this cottage! "
"This cottage was just perfect! There was 6 of us away for a nice weekend catch up and it was just what we needed. The cottage itself has the most beautiful design and detail, right down to the cushions, the house is spacious, clean and welcoming. The outdoor facilities of a hottub and beautiful garden was perfect. The cottage overlooks a golf course, making this a quiet and idealistic place. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to book again with you next year. I cannot recommend this place enough"
"This place is amazing, over looking the golf course and no other houses around! On arrival you enter a code which releases a key. The decor and cleanliness is the first thing you notice when you walk in. The owner had put the Christmas decorations up which were beautiful. They also left us a bottle of wine, crackers, milk and oat cakes, which was really appreciated. I can't fault this cottage at all, the only niggle was the hot tub which was cold on arrival, and never really got to temperature the whole time we was there. We probably should have contacted the owner but didn't want to complain with everything else being so spot on. The log burner was grand, and loved the stags head above the fire place I would definitely recommend this cottage to everyone and hope to return again in the future."
