Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Netflix, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Welcome pack included. Note: Use of communal heated indoor swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room inc. in the rental price. Additional facilities and activities, including the gym, archery, tennis and cycle hire are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Lakes on-site, children to be supervised at all times. Note: There are ongoing building works on the site which may cause some disruption between October and December 2019. Note: The on-site swimming pool will be out of use until further notice from October 2019 and December 2019, there is an alternative swimming pool 5-10 minute drive away

"Fabulous accommodation. Suited my husband and I and our little dog. Immaculately clean with a very well equipped kitchen. All furnishing very high quality and has free WiFi, sky and Netflix. Great welcome basket and loads of local info on attractions, pubs, restaurants and even dog friendly taxis!! Very helpful owners. Will definitely return."
