Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent.WIFI, Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Private enclosed decking area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: Though the property is all ground floor there are steps leading up to a decking area in front and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please note that access does cross a section of privately owned unmade road of about 25 metres, which can be uneven; please take care when crossing.

Rye is a small town and civil parish in East Sussex, England, situated near the River Brede. Many famous people have passed through Rye, including Sir Paul McCartney, who attended school there, and Tom Baker, who played the Doctor in Doctor Who from 1974-1981.
