Oil central heating and wood burning stove. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. travel Cot and lowchair and safety gate available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable storage in garage. Rear enclosed lawn and patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 10 minute walk, beach 8 mins walk. Note: Washing machine and tumble dryer in garage. Please note: As seen in the images of the property, there are steps to access the front door, back door and conservatory Please Note: This property has a check in time of 4pm.
