Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 minute walk. Note: Children and pets to be supervised when outside due to pond. Note: Stables available for use.

Madley is on the edge of the Golden Valley in Herefordshire, boasting two pubs and a convenience store. Madley is between the 'town of books', Hay-on-Wye, and the city of Hereford. Madley offers a network of footpaths with views, and is close to the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Black Mountains. Hereford is seven miles away, with its 'chained library', and a bridge crossing the River Wye.

"Granary 1 is a lovely cosy apartment on arrival there was a lovely letter off the owners. A welcome basket of goodies, bread, milk,and flowers and treats for our dogs,it was very clean and tidy, plenty of room in the apartment,a perfect place to relax,Katie and Johnathan are very friendly and make us feel welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them,would highly recommended this properly,and look forward to returning in the future."
