Oil underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Wine chiller, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. as well as towel robes and hot-tub towels in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed patio area with furniture and hot tub and lawn area. One well-behaved Pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 4 miles, shop within 5.8 miles. Note: Pets are not allowed upstairs. Travel cot available on request. Stair-gates and highchair available. Stair gates are at top and bottom of stairs.

Middleton-in-Teesdale is a town resting on the banks of the River Tees in the pretty North Pennines AONB, 10 miles away from Barnard Castle. Within the town you will find a range of shops, pubs and places and is surrounded by a magnitude of walking opportunities upon the moorland as well as pretty wooded valleys. Attractions within the area include the waterfall of High Force, Gibson's Cave and Cauldron Snout.
