Crayke is a rural village steeped in history, with a number of listed buildings including a 15th century castle. Set in the Howardian Hills and in a conservation area, it is a fine destination for walking. The village houses an 18th century food pub. Nearby is the market town of Easingwold with its variety of amenities. Close by you can also visit the city of York, known for its charm, architecture and list of things to see and do.

Would defiantly recommend for weekend trips or extended holidays as there is so much to do in the area. We will be visiting again! "
