Gas central heating and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Garden with veranda and patio with BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.

Lanivet is a village in central Cornwall with a fish and chip shop, a pub and a choice of shops. The main town nearby is Bodmin, boasting a shopping centre and attractions such as the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and Bodmin Jail. From here you can also easily reach the famous Cornish coastline.
