Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, Bluetooth speaker, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. High chair and Travel cot available on request. Loading and unloading is available outside the property, and there is a designated car parking space for 1 car. Patio area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub opposite cottage, shop 1.5 miles. Note: The property does not have an enclosed garden. Note: The property will be decorated with Christmas decorations from the start of December to the start of January. Note: This property does not accept work groups. This property accepts holiday bookings only and not worker bookings. Note: Please be aware that there is a pub car park in front of the property, see picture 24.
