Oil and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available, iron and ironing board available, Lockable bike storage. Roadside parking. Garden to the front and enclosed garden to the rear with lawned area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. pub 2 minutes' walk, shop 6 miles. Note: There is a stream that runs in the front of the property, care must be taken.

Horton-in-Ribblesdale sits in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and has a Norman church and two pubs. The surrounding countryside offers the ideal location for fell walking, with the famous Three Peaks Walk, Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough boasting some of the most challenging walks in the country. The Settle-Carlisle Railway passes through the village and across to some of the most notable scenery in the country.
