A ground floor lodge just outside of Truro, sleeping six people in three bedrooms. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin upon request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin upon request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin upon request). Wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.
Lodge 3 is a contemporary getaway located four miles from Truro in Cornwall. It offers three bedrooms made up of; a king-size with an en-suite, a double with an en-suite and a double zip/link room (can be twins on request), along with a family shower room, the property can sleep six people. The interior also includes an open-plan living area comprising a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. The exterior offers off road parking and a decking with furniture. Lodge 3 is a homely hideaway to be enjoyed by groups seeking a break away.

Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available, however these must be requested in advance. Bed linen, bath robes and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking.
