One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles away in Allendale. Note: pets to be kept downstairs.

Catton is ideally placed for access to Carlisle to the west, Hexham to the east or the Roman Wall just to the north. There are lots of walks and unspoilt villages in the surrounding North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is an ideal location for exploring the surrounding countryside or travelling further north to the glorious Heritage Coastline.
