This historic Devon cottage is on the edge of Belstone village and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x king size double, 1 x bunks. Shower-room with shower, WC, basin, Living/dining room with wood burning stove. Kitchen. Hall.
The Garden Cottage is a historic medieval Devon longhouse on the edge of the Dartmoor village of Belstone. The cottage sleeps four people in a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom with shower-room. It is single-storey with open-plan living/dining room with wood burning stove and compact kitchen. Outside is a private garden with lawn and picnic table, plus parking for four cars. The Garden Cottage is a wonderful place for walking and exploring Dartmoor. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Situated on the very Northern edge of Dartmoor, the small moorland village of Belstone lies on the Northern edge of Dartmoor National Park and is a wonderful location for keen walkers with some of the wildest parts of the moor within easy walking distance. With an excellent pub and tea rooms to relax in at the end of a hard day's exploring, Belstone is a great base.

"Garden Cottage is a lovely place to stay. A well equipped cottage which is very well situated for touring Devon. We also visited lots of lovely local places, which were within walking distance (or a short drive) of the cottage. We were greeted by a very thoughtful welcome basket. The owners live close by, just in case they are needed to sort any issues. We would definitely recommended Garden Cottage to friends and family and will most certainly be back for another visit in the future."
