On the ground floor are a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is a neat gated garden to the front and an enclosed garden at the back with small lawn and furniture. Just 100 yards from the village shop and tea room, Lazy Bear Cottage is an ideal base for a relaxing Devon break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
