Four bedrooms: 3 x king-size double rooms, each with en suite shower-room, 1 x family room with king-size double and sofa bed. 2 x open-plan living areas: 1 with bespoke kitchen, dining table and benches seating 8, leather sofas, wood burning stove and two pairs of sliding doors to the terrace and garden; 1 with smaller fitted kitchen with breakfast table for two, large L-shaped sofa, huge picture window and door to garden. Utility room. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Separate WC and basin.
Waterside is an exceptionally smart, 5* family home with superb views and a private hot tub in the pretty village of Kenn. Sleeping eight in four bedrooms, the house has three king-size double rooms each with an en suite shower room, and a family room with a king-size and sofa beds. There are two open plan living areas, one at each end of the house - the larger of the two has a bespoke kitchen, comfy leather sofas, a wood burning stove and two pairs of sliding doors to the terrace and garden. The second has a smaller, attractive fitted kitchen with breakfast table for two and a large L-shaped sofa. To the front of the house is a large grassy meadow and a pretty stream (unfenced, small children beware). Behind you'll find the private hot tub with a pergola, decked terrace and table and chairs. Waterside is a luxurious family friendly home, ideally placed for beach, moor and city. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for five cars. Enclosed garden with hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Dogs are not permitted in the stream. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly.

Kenn is a small, pretty rural village with excellent thatched pub just 5 miles to the west of Exeter and 6 miles from the splendid beach at Dawlish Warren.
