Two bedrooms: 1 x four poster double, 1 x twin (can convert to super king double). Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin. Downstairs kitchen. Sitting room with a log burner and double sofa bed. Conservatory/dining room.

The cottage sleeps four people in a double bedroom with four poster bed and a twin, plus a bathroom. On the ground floor are a sitting room with open fire, a conservatory/dining room and a kitchen. Outside is a seating area and terraced lawns with outdoor furniture. Just a mile from the Jurassic Coast, 11 The Green is a charming cottage for a traditional Devon break. Cot and highchair available on request, Parking is usually available on a quiet road nearby. Enclosed garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome,there is a charge for the second dog. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.
