Country-style kitchen with dining area, sitting room. Bathroom with bath, shower-over, basin and WC. Cloakroom on ground floor with WC and basin.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. One well-behaved small dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. There is no garden at the property but it is surrounded by beautiful National Trust Land. Pub 1 minute walk from the property.. Travel Cot by request.

Beer is a small picturesque fishing village on the south Devon coast near Seaton. The shingle beach is very sheltered, backed by limestone cliffs and was once fertile smuggling territory, plus contraband was hidden in nearby caves, which are now a popular tourist attraction
