This single storey cottage converted from a barn is situated near the Devon town of Colyton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. One level. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin. Open plan living space with wood burning stove, dining area, kitchen and glass door to patio. Adjacent scullery housing washing machine and tumble drier (shared with Linney and Battens) Outdoor shared games barn.
The Shippen is a single-storey cottage converted from a barn on a traditional Devon farm near the little town of Colyton. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and twin, with a family bathroom. On the same level is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area, kitchen and door to a patio.The adjacent scullery houses washing machine and tumble drier. Outside is also a big shared lawn with barbecue and a games barn. Four miles from Colyton, The Shippen is a welcoming cottage for a fabulous Devon break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Beer is a small picturesque fishing village on the south Devon coast near Seaton. The shingle beach is very sheltered, backed by limestone cliffs and was once fertile smuggling territory, plus contraband was hidden in nearby caves, which are now a popular tourist attraction
