This characterful holiday let, resting near the town of Bideford in Devon can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Upside down accommodation. Three ground floor bedrooms: 2 x twin (one zip/link available as a double on request, one shared balcony with double), 1 x four-poster double with balcony, ensuite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, bidet, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom. First floor kitchen with small breakfast area. First floor sitting room with dining area.
The Corn Tallet is a beautiful cottage boasting open-plan living, bursts of character and thoughtful details on the outskirts of Bideford, in Devon. It plays host to three bedrooms, two twin rooms and a four poster double, sleeping six altogether. There is a bathroom and a shower room as well as a cloakroom. Also inside, the cottage boasts a first floor open-plan lounge/diner and a kitchen with a breakfast area. To the outside are beautiful grounds, ample off-road parking and shared use of the facilities. The Corn Tallet is a delightful retreat to be enjoyed by the whole family. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Oil central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and cot available on request. Ample off-road parking. 130-acre natural grounds and orchard with terrace sun loungers (shared with owner and other properties on-site). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 4.5m x 9.1m, depth 1.2m-1.5m, open 10am-evening mid May-mid September). Toddler pool (shared, 3m x 2.7m, depth 0.5m, open 10am-evening mid May-mid September). Note: External steps up to the entrance, and steps between rooms. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Due to swimming pool, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Use of the pool will be by allocated time only whilst social distancing is in place.

Bideford is a maritime town on the River Torridge in North Devon. Today, Bideford has a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, a park and the Atlantic Village Outlet Shopping Centre located on the outskirts of the town. Bideford is in a fantastic location to explore the surrounding area. It is just a few miles from Westward Ho!, which is dominated by two miles of coastline. Northam Burrows Country Park, lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is home to England's oldest golf course. The South West Coastal Path and the famous traffic-free Tarka Trail are close by, providing walking and cycling opportunities.
