Overview
This spacious cottage is situated down a track a mile from the Devon village of Aveton Gifford and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 2 x double (one with king size bed), 1 x single. Two bathrooms with baths, WCs and basins (one with shower over bath). Upstairs sitting room with double sofa bed. Ground floor WC with basin. Sitting room with dining area and wood burning stove. Kitchen with door to terrace.
The Pottery is a spacious attached cottage down a 300 yard track a mile from the Devon village of Aveton Gifford. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, plus two bathrooms. There is an upstairs sitting room with double bed and on the ground floor is another sitting room with wood burning stove and a dining area and a kitchen. Outside is a little terrace with table and chairs plus six acres of shared grounds with fenced pond and meadows. With footpaths from the door and the lovely coast not far, The Pottery is an excellent base for an enjoyable Devon holiday. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Aveton Gifford is a small rural village on the banks of the river Avon. Nearby is the busy little town of Kingsbridge at the head of a marine estuary in the attractive South Hams area of south Devon
