This semi-detached cottage is situated on a traditional 170 acre working farm near the South Devon village of Malborough and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king size double, 1 x first floor king size double with basin, 1 x first floor twin (can convert to super king double) with basin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin. Ground floor shower room with shower, WC, basin. Open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area, kitchen.
Withymore Cottage is attached to unused barns beside a farmhouse on a traditional Devon 170 acre farm in peaceful countryside near the village of Malborough. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, a double on the ground floor with a shower room, and a double and a twin on the first floor, both with basins and sharing a bathroom. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a patio with furniture and barbecue and steps up to a big enclosed lawn, plus parking for three cars. Withymore Cottage is a super cottage for a tranquil break in a lovely area of South Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent (starter pack provided for wood burner during winter months - additional logs available at an extra charge). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (beach towels not provided). Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Enclosed garden with barbecue. One well-behaved dog aged over 1 year welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.
