Swallows Barn is a three-storey reverse-level cottage converted from a barn around a courtyard in a former farmstead down a country lane on the edge of Woolston hamlet. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, a double with en suite bathroom on the third floor and a double with en suite shower room and a twin (can convert to double) with en suite WC plus a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor is a sitting room with a wood burning stove, dining area and glazed doors to the garden and a kitchen. Outside is a garden with steps up to a sunny seating area with furniture and barbecue and a lawn with fruit trees, plus parking for three cars. In an area of beautiful countryside, Swallows Barn is a brilliant cottage for relaxing on a super Devon break. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
