This stylish four-storey townhouse is situated in the heart of the riverside Devon town of Dartmouth and can sleep Four levels. Three bedrooms: 1 x second floor family bedroom with king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and single, 1 x first floor super king-size, 1 x first floor king-size. Second floor bathroom with bath and hand-held shower, double basin and WC, second floor shower room with basin and WC, ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC, lower ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Lower ground floor kitchen/diner. Utility. Sitting room with electic. Snug.
Regatta House is a stylish four-storey house on a quiet lane in the heart of the Devon riverside town of Dartmouth. The house sleeps seven people in three bedrooms over the first and second floors, two doubles and a family room with double (can convert to twin) and single bed, plus a bathroom and shower room on the second floor. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove and snug and on the lower ground floor is a smart kitchen with a dining area and doors to the terrace. Outside is the terrace at the back with outdoor furniture, as well as parking for one car in a reserved space 100 yards away (with additional chargeable parking in a public car park). On the hillside above the waterside and town centre, Regatta House is an ideal base in a central location for exploring lovely Dartmouth on a break in Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 1 car in a reserved parking space 100 yards way up a steep hill. Enclosed patio garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: This property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: This property is best for maximum of 6 adults. Note: This property has a 4pm check-in.
