This smart cottage converted from a barn is situated on a former farmstead near the Devon town of Kingsbridge and can sleep two people on one bedroom. 1 x lower level super king double bedroom (can convert to twin) with balustrade. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC, basin. Upstairs open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen. Shared use of indoor swimming pool and games room.
Mixit Cottage is converted from a barn on a former farmstead in countryside near the South Devon town of Kingsbridge. The cottage sleeps two people in one downstairs bedroom which can be a double or a twin, plus a bathroom. Upstairs is an open plan living space with a seating area with wood burning stove, a dining area and a kitchen. Outside is a shared indoor swimming pool and games room, three fishing lakes and an onsite health and beauty centre, plus parking for one car. Just one mile from the interesting town of Kingsbridge, Mixit Cottage is a lovely base for a Devon break for two. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
